Move to Beta

If you have come from the non beta version or even if you haven't, "Welcome".

We have too much of a reputation to drop it now, but beta is a new challenge.

Please excuse the colors. Changing a template takes time, which I'm not sure I'll have before November or maybe even January.

I have changed the original "minima blue" colors but it takes time to get the best balance. I suppose tonight I will just grab the colors from their various spots on the original templat and put them in manually to this template.
